Role Description
We are seeking a part-time, office based Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, streamlining workflows, handling phone and email correspondence, and providing executive support when required. Key responsibilities include maintaining organised records, scheduling meetings, and assisting with general office coordination to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage routine administrative and clerical duties
Handle phone and email communications professionally
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Schedule meetings and coordinate diaries
Support executive tasks as needed
Assist with general office organisation and workflow improvements
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in administrative or similar support roles
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Word, Excel, scheduling tools)
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience within a professional or financial services setting is advantageous
